Vulka-Bond Rubber Flooring Adhesive – Professional Grade UK

Vulka-Bond is a premium heavy-duty polyurethane adhesive developed specifically for bonding rubber and PVC flooring in both interior and exterior applications. Used by professional flooring contractors across the UK, its non-staining, easy-trowel formula delivers a permanent, flexible bond that stands up to heavy commercial and industrial use.

Application Method

1. Prepare substrate – clean, dry, flat and primed if required. 2. Apply Vulka-Bond with a notched trowel at 200–350g/m² depending on substrate porosity. 3. Allow to become tacky (approx. 20–30 minutes at 20°C). 4. Lay flooring and press firmly. Roll with a 50kg roller for full contact. 5. Allow 24 hours before heavy traffic.
