    Interlocking Floor Mats

Interlocking floor mats let you build a continuous, stable surface without adhesive. Each mat connects to the next with a jigsaw-style edge, so you can cover any area quickly and reconfigure the layout whenever you need to. Our range includes heavy-duty rubber gym mats, shock-absorbing playground tiles, oil-resistant workshop mats and outdoor drainage mats.

How to Choose the Right Interlocking Mat

    • Material – SBR and natural rubber suit gyms and playgrounds; nitrile rubber resists oil and grease in workshops and industrial kitchens; HDPE plastic works well for temporary outdoor surfaces.
    • Thickness – 16 mm mats handle general foot traffic and light equipment; 23 mm to 30 mm tiles provide the extra impact absorption needed under climbing frames or heavy weights.
    • Size – Tiles range from 700 x 800 mm workshop mats up to 1 m x 1 m grass tiles, so you can match the scale of the area you are covering.
    • Surface pattern – Studded and textured tops give slip resistance on wet or oily floors; grass-effect finishes blend into garden and play areas.

Can I use interlocking mats outdoors?

Yes. Several mats in this range are made from recycled EPDM or weather-resistant rubber with drainage holes, making them suitable for patios, garden paths, playgrounds and event walkways.

    Do interlocking mats need adhesive?

In most cases, no. The interlocking edges hold the mats firmly together under their own weight. On smooth concrete or where mats may shift under heavy loads, a contact adhesive can add extra security.

Are these mats suitable for gyms?

Yes. Our interlocking gym mats are designed for high-impact training areas, offering shock absorption up to commercial-grade standards. They protect both the sub-floor and equipment during free-weight exercises.
