The Hook-On design allows for easy installation and maintenance, with metal plate sets that simply hook onto the rails.

Fitting and Installation: The QuickMount rails can be fitted either face or soffit/underside, thanks to the pre-drilled M6 fixing holes. Please note that fixings are not included and should be supplied by the installer based on the fitting surface. The rails are not self-supporting and must be installed onto a structurally supportive surface across the entire opening span.

Flexible and Customisable: The PVC strips are highly flexible and impact-resistant, making them suitable for high-traffic areas. They can be trimmed to bespoke sizes to fit your specific requirements. The strips are supplied in stock lengths and may require a bit of unrolling and flattening before installation, especially in colder conditions.

- Strip Overlap: 200mm / 36%, recommended for heights up to 2500mm.
- Temperature Range: Suitable for use in temperatures from 0°C to +40°C.
- Longevity: The anti-static property is expected to last between 18 months and 2 years, after which the PVC will revert to its standard properties. The overall lifespan of the curtains depends on usage, traffic, and environmental conditions. For optimal performance, it is advised to install PVC curtains in sheltered locations to extend their life.

Depending on individual location use and environmental conditions, we are advised by the manufacture that the anti-static effect should last between 18 months and 2 years. Once the effect has worn-off the PVC reverts to being a regular standard PVC product.

PVC strip is considered a consumable product. How fast it’s consumed is beyond any manufacturer’s or supplier’s control. Its life span will be dictated by where it’s used, what type of traffic might move through it and how carefully (or aggressively) such traffic does so. We have some customers who replace their PVC annually, others who’ve had the same for many, many years.
