By minimising drafts and thermal loss, they contribute to a more stable and comfortable working environment. The clear PVC material provides unobstructed visibility, making it easier for personnel and machinery to move between spaces without hindrance.
Durable and Practical Design
The kit features a robust set of stainless steel hanging rails in a classic hook-on format, known for its reliability and ease of use. Made from high-quality 430-grade stainless steel, these rails are perfect for areas where both functionality and appearance matter. The PVC strips attach effortlessly to the rails using metal plate sets, allowing for quick adjustments and reconfigurations as needed.
Fitting Made Easy
Installing these curtains is straightforward. The rails can be mounted either face or soffit/underside using the pre-drilled M6 fixing holes. Note that fixings are not included and should be selected based on the surface where the rails will be installed. The rails are not self-supporting and must be securely fixed to a structurally sound surface that spans the entire width of the opening.
High-Performance PVC Strips
Our clear PVC strips are designed for durability and flexibility. They are highly resistant to impact and serve as an effective noise barrier, enhancing the comfort and productivity of your workspace. The strips are treated with anti-UV filters to protect against sunlight damage, ensuring a long-lasting, clear view. They come in stock lengths but can be easily trimmed to fit custom sizes.
Additional Features
- Strip Overlap: 300mm (63% overlap), recommended for openings up to 4000mm high.
- Hanging Tip: Strips are delivered rolled-up and may initially curl at the base. Allow them to flatten naturally over time, or unroll and let them rest overnight before hanging. For quicker results, reverse roll or apply gentle heat.
