Subfloor Preparation: Ensure subfloor is clean, dry, level, and free from debris. Repair any cracks or damage.
Roll Out: Unroll 3mm acoustic underlayment across subfloor. Butt edges tightly together without overlapping.
Cutting: Cut to size using sharp utility knife and straight edge. Trim around obstacles and perimeter.
Sealing: Tape seams with acoustic tape to maintain continuous sound barrier.
Floor Installation: Install tile, vinyl, wood, or laminate flooring directly over underlayment according to manufacturer instructions.
