About Charlotte
Charlotte Pemberton is Rubberco's dedicated equestrian and agricultural flooring specialist, bringing 12 years of expert knowledge to horse owners, livery yard operators and agricultural businesses across the UK. As a British Horse Society (BHS) approved adviser, Charlotte combines her deep passion for equine welfare with specialist knowledge of rubber stable matting, agricultural flooring and equestrian surface specification.
Having grown up around horses in rural Cheshire, Charlotte understands the practical realities faced by horse owners at every level — from the private owner with a single stable to large commercial livery yards managing dozens of horses. Her advice is always rooted in the real-world demands of equestrian environments: drainage, hygiene, anti-fatigue properties, thermal insulation and the long-term welfare of the horse.
Charlotte joined Rubberco after working for several years as an equestrian consultant and equine welfare advisor, where she assessed stable environments and advised on best practice for stable bedding, flooring and yard surfaces. She holds qualifications in equine welfare and has contributed to equestrian publications including trade journals and regional horse publications across England and Wales.
To date, Charlotte has helped over 2,000 clients across the UK select the right stable matting for their specific needs — whether that's thick interlocking rubber mats for a competition yard, drainage matting for a wet loose box, or durable rubber sheeting for a tack room or horsebox floor. Her philosophy is simple: the right flooring directly improves horse welfare, reduces bedding costs and makes yard management easier.
