We want you to be completely satisfied with your rubber flooring purchase. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns and refunds.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at info@rubberco.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return.
2. We will provide a returns address and instructions.
3. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging where possible.
4. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange collection at our cost and provide a full replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Bespoke & Cut-to-Size Items

Items cut to a specific size or manufactured to your specification are exempt from the standard return right (as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations), unless they are faulty. Please check your measurements carefully before ordering.

Returns for business purchasers are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss.
