Score and Snap (Thin Sheets): For 1.5-3mm thickness, score deeply and bend to snap cleanly
Multiple Passes (Thick Sheets): For 6mm thickness, make multiple cutting passes rather than forcing through
Straight Edges: Use metal straight edge or T-square for precision straight cuts
Circular Cuts: Create cardboard template first, trace onto rubber, then cut carefully

Bonding & Adhesion

Use EPDM-compatible contact adhesive or specialist rubber adhesive for permanent bonding
